Please note that we retain the right to reject or terminate your Order at any time due to reasons such as product/service availability, inaccuracies in the product/service description or pricing, mistakes in your Order details, or any other valid grounds.

3. Prices and Payment

The prices displayed on our website pertain to orders placed through the website. All prices are listed excluding of VAT.

Any customs duties required for the Product(s) to be delivered to the final destination country are the Customer’s responsibility and must be settled with the customs or relevant authorities.

Customers can see prices in the following currencies:

Customers can pay with the currencies that their bank card supports.

All payments are securely encrypted and processed in accordance with the highest security standards.

Customers can make purchases using the following payment methods:

Payment by debit or credit card is conducted via EasyStaff freelance service (“Platform”).

The payment process includes the following steps:

1. After placing an Order, you receive a letter with an invitation link to become our customer at the Platform.
2. You follow the invitation link to log in at the Platform with your email and full real name as it appears on your bank card.
3. You receive the invoice with Stripe payment link to your email and pay with your bank card.

4. Refunds

We offer refunds within a 14-day period from the date of your receiving our product. For further details regarding our Returns and Refund Policy, please refer to the link.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Upon placing an order with Elan Ulv Flutes, the customer can expect their order to leave the warehouse within three (3) to five (5) working days, unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation or product page. The order will be delivered to the customer via regular mail. The delivery time may vary depending on the destination country.

If the customer fails to retrieve the package, Elan Ulv Flutes reserves the right to charge a fee for freight and administrative costs in equivalent of:

Elan Ulv Flutes takes responsibility for any damage that may occur during shipment to the customer. If the customer notices any damage on the product upon receipt, they are advised to notify the shipping company. The customer must then report the damage by emailing [email protected] with attached photos for assistance with the complaint. This applies to both visible and hidden damage, with visible damage preferably reported on the same day of delivery and hidden damage within five (5) working days. It is important for the customer to unpack and inspect the products promptly after delivery.

6. Warranty and complaints

The Customer must report any defective Product to Elan Ulv Flutes within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Complaints made only within one (1) month of discovering the defect will be considered valid. However, after one (1) year, the Customer forfeits their right to make a complaint, unless stated otherwise in a warranty.

Customers have the right to file a complaint for products that are defective in accordance with consumer protection laws. If a Customer wishes to file a complaint for a product they have ordered, they must contact Elan Ulv Flutes immediately upon discovering the defect by emailing to [email protected].
